- → Screening candidates: Ensure applicants have relevant skills and experience tailored to industry or education roles as per open job opportunities.
- → Shortlisting qualified candidates: Identify top talent and pass on only the best candidates to hiring teams.
- → Communication and reporting: Maintain clear communication with recruitment teams and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience in recruitment, with the ability to screen for various roles.
- Familiarity with CV vetting processes, particularly for engineering and technical positions.
- Experience of 2+ years in recruitment and candidate screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with recruitment, hiring teams and candidates as required.
