Responsibilities

As a member of our caregiving team, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one assistance to seniors who wish to remain independent in their homes.

Providing companionship and emotional support

Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines

Helping with mobility and safe transfers

Performing light housekeeping and laundry

Assisting with grocery shopping and errands

Providing medication reminders

Communicating client needs and changes to the office

Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

We're looking for individuals who understand that caregiving requires more than compassion. It takes consistency, professionalism, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others.

Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related caregiving environment
The ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care
Strong communication and time-management skills
Dependable attendance and a commitment to scheduled shifts
A professional and respectful attitude toward clients and families
The ability to work independently in a client's home
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, strongly preferred
A willingness to complete required onboarding and screening
