Marketing Liaison Manager (In-Person)

The Marketing Liaison Manager is responsible for community outreach, external marketing, and developing strong referral partnerships across the greater Philadelphia area. This role also supports Intake as needed and plays a key part in driving client growth and strengthening our presence in the community.

  Build and expand community relationships and referral sources to drive client growth

  Develop and maintain a strong referral network across our service footprint

• →

  Create and execute an ongoing marketing plan, including event sponsorships, advertising, and tracking results

• →

  Collaborate with the Wellness Team to understand client needs and incorporate them into diverse marketing materials

• →

  Develop and maintain caregiver referral pipelines

• →

  Serve as an advisor and mentor to team members across the organization

• →

  Assist executive leadership with the development and administration of the agency’s mentor program

• Extensive experience in community relations and outreach

• Working knowledge of internet recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems

• Comfortable in one‑on‑one interactions and public speaking, with strong presentation skills

• Flexible, resilient, and able to maintain professionalism and humor in all situations

• Diligent, reliable, and committed to high ethical standards
