(Senior) IT Business Analyst | POS | Commercial Application

We are seeking a motivated (Senior) IT Business Analyst to join our team! You will be playing an integral part in IT Business Analyst team.  If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders – then this role is for you! 

• →Business Analysis: 

• →Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for retail IT systems. 

• →Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. 

• →Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. 

• →Project Coordination: 

• →Plan and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. 

• →Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, vendors, and retail staff. 

• →Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders. 

• →Quality Assurance (QA): 

• →Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance. 

• →Identify and document defects, working with developers to ensure resolution. 

• →Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards before deployment. 

• →Ad-hoc task:  

• →Support user training and system adoption post-implementation. 

• →Stay updated on retail industry trends and emerging technologies. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 
• 3+ years in business analysis, preferably in retail or e-commerce. 
• 2+ years in project coordination or management. 
• 1+ years in QA testing, including test case creation and execution. 
• Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation  
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp). 
• Strong understanding of retail systems (e.g., POS, inventory management, e-commerce platforms). 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. 
• CBAP, PMP, or ISTQB (preferred but not required). 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. 
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position.
