This role will be embedded with a U.S.-based client, functioning as an extension of their internal recruitment team to deliver qualified caregivers and nursing talent aligned to client standards, compliance requirements, and service-level expectations.
The ideal candidate is fast, organized, and people-smart—able to source, screen, and move candidates through the funnel while maintaining excellent communication, documentation, and weekly performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1) Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruitment (Homecare / Nursing Agency)
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for homecare roles such as Caregivers/CNAs, HHAs, Nurses (LPN/LVN/RN) (based on client needs).
- Source candidates using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and local community pipelines.
- Conduct screening interviews (phone/video), verify basic eligibility, assess readiness, and confirm interest/availability.
- Coordinate interviews, next steps, and follow-ups to reduce drop-offs and time-to-fill.
2) Candidate Pipeline & Engagement
- Build and maintain a healthy, active pipeline for priority markets and recurring requisitions.
- Drive consistent candidate engagement: reminders, interview confirmations, document follow-ups, and onboarding readiness checks.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience through clear expectations, timely updates, and professional communication.
3) Client Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner daily with client stakeholders (recruiting lead, staffing coordinators, branch managers, clinical teams) to clarify hiring needs and priorities.
- Align on role requirements such as shift needs, location coverage, pay expectations, and start-date urgency.
- Provide market feedback (candidate availability, pay competitiveness, common objections) and recommend practical adjustments.
4) Compliance & Documentation Support (Client-Led Standards)
- Support recruitment steps that enable a compliant onboarding process (as guided by client SOPs), including documentation tracking and status updates.
- Ensure all candidate records are accurate, complete, and up to date within the ATS/CRM.
- Follow client policies on confidentiality, data handling, and process documentation.
5) Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track recruitment KPIs such as contacts, screenings, submissions, interviews booked/completed, offers, onboarding starts, and placements.
- Produce daily/weekly pipeline reports and updates aligned to client expectations.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase conversions and speed.
Requirements
2+ years of recruitment experience, with proven U.S. healthcare staffing exposure (homecare, nursing agency, private duty, or similar).
- Strong understanding of high-volume hiring and fast turnaround recruiting.
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems and common sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or client tools).
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written), professional email etiquette, and confident stakeholder engagement.
- Strong attention to detail—high accuracy in documentation, notes, and candidate status tracking.
- Ability to work U.S.-aligned time zones and meet weekly performance targets.
- Self-driven and accountable—able to work independently within structured KPI frameworks.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. states/markets or for multiple branches.
- Familiarity with healthcare hiring touchpoints (credentialing steps, background checks, drug screens, basic onboarding workflows).
- Exposure to tools such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, RingCentral, Outreach, or similar calling and recruitment platforms.
- Experience recruiting for shift-based staffing and urgent coverage.
