IT Support Engineer Intern

• →Onsite support for internal users 
• →Provide account/access support for highly available systems  
• →Preparation of equipment for users and returned by users - wiping disks, system and software installation  
• →Update and modify the internal hardware database  
• →Contact with users and handed over of equipment to them  
• →Maintain internal documentation 

• Basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS 
• Basic knowledge of network protocols  
• Overall knowledge about IT and technology  
• Willingness to learn and upskill in innovative technologies  
• Analytical skills  
• Team player and problem-solving attitude 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English (at least B2)
• Availability: at least 24 hours per week, working on-site at our Katowice office.

• Experience with a ticketing system
