We are looking for Experienced Home Health Aides, 32 or 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Care for 3-5 patients a day locally. Position requires travel from home to home when needed.

Responsibilities

→Assists the client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner.
→Performs light housekeeping tasks.
→Assist patients with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
→Consults regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
→Maintains confidentiality of the client at all times.
