Hospice CNA or HHA, M-F, 8:00AM-4:30PM, In-home Care, $2,500 sign-on bonus

Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA to provide personalized care to patients in their homes to assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support to ensure the comfort and dignity of patients.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Massachusetts CNA or HHA is required.
- Driver's license and a vehicle is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care activities: bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, family, and caregiver information.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Effectively communicate with healthcare team members and family caregivers.
- Document care provided and patient progress accurately and timely.
