Based in India or Egypt, the role will divide its focus equally between business transformation and people change, and HR portfolio and leadership enablement. You will help turn the Horizon 2 strategy into a clear narrative, targeted colleague journeys, practical capability-building activities and sustainable changes in everyday decisions and ways of working. Working across transformation teams, HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, HR Services and senior leadership forums, you will maintain an integrated view of priorities, risks, dependencies, decisions and outcomes. The role has no direct or dotted-line reports and requires effective influence across a global, matrixed organisation ## What you’ll do ## Who you are You have significant experience in business transformation, people change, portfolio management or strategy execution within a global, matrixed organisation.You have designed and delivered people-change plans supporting large-scale business transformation.You bring practical programme and portfolio management capabilities, including planning, governance, risk management, reporting, dependency management and delivery tracking.You can coordinate multiple programmes, workstreams and stakeholders to deliver measurable business and people outcomes.You communicate complex strategies through clear narratives, presentations, leadership materials and audience-specific messages.You can engage and influence senior stakeholders across HR, transformation, operational and business teams without relying on formal authority.You understand how people change supports customer outcomes, commercial performance and value creation.You use KPIs, surveys, colleague insights and business measures to evaluate adoption and impact.You create simple, repeatable and scalable working practices while maintaining sound judgement and attention to detail.You are confident using digital tools, AI and automation, and can adapt effectively in an evolving environment.You hold a relevant degree or have equivalent professional experience.
