This role focuses on delivering and maintaining secure, reliable, and production-ready solutions that accelerate application delivery, ensure platform stability, and support the full application lifecycle across diverse environments. ## What you’ll do * Integrate and implement DevOps tools to support scalable and reliable application delivery. * Lead migration activities and upgrades to new platform and tool releases. * Manage services in line with agreed service levels, ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA. * Implement and support containerisation and orchestration technologies including Kubernetes and Docker. * Maintain application and server availability across UNIX/Linux and Windows environments. * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and database-related issues. * Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base. * Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges. * Use existing monitoring, documentation, and service management tools to deliver effective support. ## Who you are * You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. * You have experience working on complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects. * You communicate clearly and confidently across technical and non-technical stakeholders. * You understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions. * You bring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach. * You have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture. * You are familiar with DevOps and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, and Confluence. * You have knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP and/or AWS. * You are comfortable working with DevOps automation tools such as Ansible or Chef. ## Not a perfect fit?
