This role is part of AIDA - Corporate Data & Analytics and supports process discovery, conformance analysis and performance improvement across enterprise processes. The successful candidate will combine process mining expertise, data analytics capabilities, data modelling knowledge and stakeholder collaboration skills to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions. Based in Pune and reporting to Afaf Patel, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives through data-driven process optimisation. ## What you’ll do Develop and maintain process mining solutions covering process discovery, conformance checking and performance analysis.Translate business and reporting requirements into process mining analyses, dashboards and measurable KPIs.Extract, transform and model data from enterprise source systems to support process mining use cases.Build and validate event logs, including case identifiers, activities, timestamps and relevant process attributes.Analyse process variants, bottlenecks, rework, deviations and cycle times to identify improvement opportunities.Develop dashboards and analytical views that enable stakeholders to monitor process performance.Collaborate with business, process, data and technology stakeholders to define requirements and convert them into technical solutions.Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot data, logic and solution issues.Document solution designs, data transformations, process definitions and analytical logic.Support testing, deployment, maintenance and continuous enhancement of process mining solutions. ## Who you are You have hands-on experience in process mining, data analytics, business process analysis or a related discipline.You understand process mining concepts, including event logs, case IDs, activities, timestamps, process variants and conformance analysis.You possess strong SQL and data transformation skills and can work effectively with structured enterprise data.You can translate complex business processes and requirements into clear analytical solutions.You have experience developing dashboards, KPIs and actionable process insights.You demonstrate structured problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking.You communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.You understand data quality practices, testing methodologies, documentation standards and solution lifecycle management. ## Not a perfect fit?
