You’ll receive structured training, coaching and ongoing support to build your confidence and expertise, while becoming a trusted part of a collaborative 24/7 operation. * You’ll process and validate lawful requests under the Investigatory Powers Act (IPA), making balanced, informed decisions while ensuring each request meets the required legal and policy standards. * You’ll deliver accurate and timely responses, prioritising urgent and life-at-risk cases and escalating complex or higher-risk matters when specialist support is needed. * You’ll use approved VodafoneThree systems to retrieve, interpret and disclose communications data, taking care to deliver accurate, complete and right-first-time outcomes. * You’ll protect highly sensitive information, maintaining strict confidentiality, security and professional standards while working in line with the Official Secrets Act and VodafoneThree requirements. * You’ll maintain clear and reliable records and audit trails, helping demonstrate compliance and supporting regulatory oversight, assurance and continuous improvement. * You’ll build positive, professional relationships with law enforcement partners and VodafoneThree colleagues, providing clear guidance and communicating complex legal or technical information in an accessible way. * You’ll prepare witness statements relating to disclosed communications data and, where required, represent VodafoneThree in relevant court proceedings. * You’ll contribute to a supportive, resilient 24/7 operational service, including shift-based working across nights, weekends and bank holidays, while developing your expertise and suggesting improvements to processes, controls, systems and training. ## Who you are * You’ll bring a working understanding of the Investigatory Powers Act (IPA) and associated lawful frameworks, or relevant experience that will enable you to develop this knowledge confidently through training and support. * You’ll have experience of working with lawful requests or within structured regulatory, legal, security or operational processes, carefully checking that requirements are valid and appropriately authorised. * You’ll combine strong attention to detail with sound judgement, enabling you to interpret information accurately, spot inconsistencies and deliver high-quality work with minimal rework. * You’ll understand the importance of confidentiality and information security and will handle sensitive or classified information responsibly and with discretion. * You’ll remain calm, focused and dependable under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and responding thoughtfully when situations are urgent or time critical. * You’ll communicate clearly and collaboratively with a broad range of colleagues and external partners, tailoring technical or legal information to different audiences when needed. * You’ll be comfortable maintaining accurate operational records and audit trails, recognising their importance for legal, regulatory and internal assurance. * You’ll be willing to work flexible shift patterns within a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, bank holidays, unsupervised working and on-call arrangements, and you’ll either hold Security Check (SC) clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain and maintain it. Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? We know that everyone is unique, with multiple aspects to their identity and different experiences behind them. We are passionate about Inclusion for All and creating a workplace where everyone can thrive, whatever their personal or professional background.
