Chateau Napoleon Caring, part of the Volare Health portfolio, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We provide high-quality long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services, and we are committed to supporting both our residents and our staff.

We are currently hiring full-time CNAs with flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.

• Rotating 4 days on / 2 days off schedule
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

• →Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• →Provide hygiene and oral care according to care plans
• →Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
• →Ensure residents’ comfort and safety
• →Maintain clean, organized, and clutter-free living spaces
• →Follow all care plans and facility procedures
• →Perform additional duties as assigned

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Ability to meet state and federal in-service education requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Recent clinical experience or education preferred
