Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

→Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility
→Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
→Record resident care and observations accurately
→Promote residents' dignity, comfort, and independence
→Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
→Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care

Requirements

Current Louisiana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong commitment to providing quality resident care
New graduates are encouraged to apply
