As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play an essential role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing resident needs, coordinating care, implementing individualized care plans, and providing professional nursing services in accordance with facility standards and applicable state and federal regulations.

Assess residents' physical and clinical needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

Coordinate resident care with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Follow all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident care.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.
