Licensed Practical Nurse

Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is part of the Volare Health portfolio, which includes long-term care, skilled nursing, and short-term rehabilitation centers across multiple states. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! We welcome both newly licensed and experienced LPNs who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts

• →Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents
• →Assess residents' needs and monitor changes in condition
• →Develop, implement, and follow individualized care plans
• →Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• →Supervise CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of resident care
• →Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
• →Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• →Follow all applicable state and federal rules and regulations
• →Promote the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of every resident

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
• Ability to assess residents' needs and provide appropriate nursing care
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Both newly licensed and experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply!
