As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Legal Collection Paralegal Officer.

This role will report to the Legal Collection Manager, the position is based at the Michalakopoulou offices.

• →Create and prepare case files for submission to external law firms, supporting the collection of overdue receivables
• →Organize, update, review, and maintain both physical and electronic case files
• →Provide administrative support to the department’s lawyers and assist with daily scheduling and coordination
• →Gather information from various sources, including legal databases, to support the successful completion of assigned tasks
• →Provide general secretarial and administrative support

• Previous experience with Galaxy, Soft1 (CRM), EFS, SFA, IEBS, and SF is considered an advantage, as these systems are essential to the role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and fast typing skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Consistency and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
• Strong team-oriented mindset
