Talent Acquisition Specialist

• →Own full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on high-volume and cohort-based hiring, primarily for Sales roles in our Warsaw office
• →Build strong and diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks
• →Utilize ATS (Breezy HR), LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, AI Hiring Assistants, and modern recruiting tools to increase speed and efficiency
• →Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews and ensure structured assessments
• →Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring targets, candidate profile calibration, and recruitment strategy for fast-scaling teams
• →Create thoughtful top-of-funnel engagement and maintain ongoing relationships with high-potential candidates
• →Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every step and contribute to Voyagu’s growing employer brand

• 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Hands-on experience with mass hiring or cohort-based hiring and confidence in managing multiple openings and hiring waves simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English (C1)
• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes
• Confidence in conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate fit
• Proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-driven
