Director of Nursing (RN)

• →Provide leadership and direction for all nursing services within the community
• →Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and resident-focused care
• →Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and retention efforts for nursing personnel
• →Coach, mentor, and support nurses and clinical team members in their professional growth
• →Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive outcomes
• →Monitor clinical programs, quality measures, and regulatory compliance initiatives
• →Develop and implement plans that promote continuous improvement in resident care and services
• →Maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Prior leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive positive outcomes
• Commitment to providing compassionate care and outstanding resident experiences
