At Ridgewood Rehab & Care Center, our nurses deliver skilled care, reassurance, and peace of mind around the clock.

As a Day or Overnight RN or LPN, you'll help residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for. You'll apply your clinical expertise to assess individual needs, administer physician-ordered medications and treatments, recognize and respond to changes in condition, and partner with the care team to support exceptional outcomes.

This opportunity is well suited for nurses who value meaningful resident relationships, are confident working independently, and provide compassionate care in a calm, supportive setting.

• Deliver skilled nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Observe resident conditions and take appropriate action when changes occur
• Complete nursing assessments and documentation accurately and on time
• Communicate clearly with physicians, families, and fellow team members
• Partner with CNAs and CMAs to provide exceptional resident care
• Protect resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the shift
• Follow all nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Help foster a positive, collaborative team environment

✔ A current, active Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
