As a Part-Time Home Health Nurse, you will work directly with patients and families to provide expert nursing care, education, and support while promoting recovery and independence at home.

• Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Maintain a current CPR certification
• Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Exhibit compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality patient care
• Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team
