Part-Time Physical Therapist

• →Evaluate resident needs and develop individualized therapy treatment plans.
• →Deliver physical therapy services that promote strength, mobility, balance, and independence.
• →Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• →Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, safety practices, and mobility techniques.
• →Maintain accurate documentation and support positive clinical outcomes.

• Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license required.
• Strong commitment to delivering person-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for helping others reach their highest potential.
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is welcomed but not required.
