In this unique role, you will provide safe transportation for residents to appointments and outings while also assisting residents with bathing and personal care needs. This position plays an important part in helping our residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Additional Availability: Weekend and evening hours as needed

Responsibilities

→Transport residents safely to appointments, outings, and community events
→Assist residents with bathing and personal care services
→Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety during care
→Maintain transportation schedules and documentation
→Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
→Follow all safety, infection control, and company policies

Requirements

✅ Must be 21 years of age or older

✅ Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

✅ Current CPR & First Aid Certification required

✅ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

✅ Ability to assist residents with bathing and mobility needs

✅ Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused attitude

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualified candidates will have a valid drivers' license and have a current CPR Certification. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
