Customer Service + Sales Support

As Customer Service & Sales Support team member, you will play an important part in delivering a smooth customer experience and supporting day-to-day sales activity. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with customers, staying organised in a fast-moving environment, and contributing to a team that values service and follow-through.

• →Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• →Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and confirm stock availability.
• →Build strong customer relationships through responsive internal sales support.

• Background of metals industry (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills
