Foreman

Wachter is accepting applications for a Foreman to support our growing operations throughout the Greater Toronto Area (Based in Mississauga, ON).

This position is ideal for a hands-on field leader who can balance service work, project execution, quality assurance, and customer engagement while providing leadership to technicians in the field.

The Foreman is responsible for performing service and project-related work while providing field leadership and ensuring quality standards are maintained across all activities. This role will conduct site surveys, bid walks, QA/QC inspections, troubleshooting, and customer support while assisting with the successful execution of projects and service operations.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical professional who leads by example, maintains high standards of workmanship, and is comfortable interacting with customers, project teams, and field personnel.
