Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Construction Inspector to join our Construction team in our Omaha office. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Concrete and density testing certification is preferred. Candidates must have experience on heavy civil and/or tunnel projects.

• Conduct field inspections
• Record inspection daily reports
• Monitor construction operations
• Act as the on-site liaison with client and community
• Organize and maintain construction documentation
• Develop an understanding of plans and specifications
• Assist Project Manager with contract requirements
• Prepare forms and other paperwork in a timely manner
• Attend seminars and/or training courses
• Maintain excellent client relations
• Maintain a safe working environment

• High school diploma

• Concrete and Density Testing certification preferred

•Experience on heavy civil and / or tunnel projects

•This position requires computer knowledge, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as documentation skills at all levels.
