Business Analyst

This is an opportunity to join a large enterprise technology environment at the beginning of a significant systems optimisation programme.

Working alongside an experienced Business Analyst and senior technology leaders, you'll help build a clear understanding of how key business applications are currently being used across the organisation before helping shape future improvements.

Initially, your focus will be discovery. You'll engage stakeholders across multiple business units, document current-state business processes, develop process maps and Standard Operating Procedures, and identify opportunities to better utilise existing technology investments.

As the programme evolves, you'll help define future-state processes, contribute to technology roadmaps and support business initiatives that improve the way applications and processes are used across the organisation.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
• Strong business process mapping and documentation capability
• Experience capturing current-state and future-state processes
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across executive, management and operational teams
• Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently in ambiguous environments
• Experience working across enterprise applications, ERP, CRM or operational systems is highly regarded
