Senior Consultant

Step into live projects from day one and a role where your judgement carries weight. Working directly with senior stakeholders, you'll untangle complex information problems, challenge assumptions and build consensus around a response they can act on. The value lies in shaping the engagement, not simply capturing requirements.

Your influence continues through delivery. You will be working alongside specialist vendors carrying out the technical build, while you hold the design thread, keep decisions moving, and ensure the end result meets the client's needs.

Most projects sit within government and put you in the room with clients across Wellington. Over time you will lead key workstreams, grow trusted accounts, take on broader commercial responsibility and build toward senior leadership with a genuine voice in how the consultancy evolves.

• Strong practical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly SharePoint, OneDrive, and Purview
• Experience shaping SharePoint site designs, information structures, taxonomies and permission models
• Confidence leading discovery, facilitating workshops and advising senior stakeholders
• The judgement to challenge assumptions, navigate competing views and bring structure to ambiguity
• Clear, credible communication and the ability to turn complex information into recommendations clients can act on
• Previous consulting experience would be strongly preferred
• New Zealand public-sector experience would be advantageous
