Senior Consultant - M365

• →Leading workstreams and facilitating customer workshops, bringing structure to ambiguous and complex information challenges
• →Working hands-on in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including information structures, metadata, content types, Purview and collaboration spaces, to shape practical, usable solutions
• →Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior leaders, project sponsors, and technical and operational stakeholders
• →Contributing to requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration, staying engaged through to delivery and adoption
• →Providing quality assurance and support to junior consultants, while developing your own capability toward a future people-leadership role
• →Learning and applying Information Leadership's proprietary frameworks, methodologies and tools, and contributing your own insights back into the team's collective know-how

• Strong working experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, with enough platform confidence to work hands-on in configuration and delivery
• Demonstrated experience contributing to the delivery of projects or workstreams involving business users, systems and change, from either a consulting or in-house environment
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, ask good questions, and help customers make decisions in the face of competing views
• Strong professional judgement and ownership, with the ability to operate through ambiguity without close supervision
• A genuine learning mindset, comfortable adapting to new tools, frameworks and ways of working rather than relying solely on prior methods
• Consulting experience is helpful but not essential; candidates from information governance, digital workplace, infrastructure delivery or transformation backgrounds are equally encouraged to apply
