We are seeking an agile, hands-on Product Manager to join our product team in Tel Aviv. If you have a strong growth mindset and an outcome-driven focus, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about building innovative, AI-powered products that make a real impact on how enterprises work, WalkMe is where you want to be!

Own the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch and go-to-market, with end-to-end accountability for delivering measurable business value.

Define and deliver AI-powered capabilities, turning GenAI and agentic technology into features customers actually adopt.

Learn what users really need through interviews, research and product data, and turn those insights into clear priorities and a focused roadmap.

Work closely with engineering, design and data teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

Partner with customers, Sales and Customer Success to understand their needs and drive adoption across our customer base.

Define success metrics for every feature and track adoption and engagement after launch.

Be the voice of the user in everything you do and help others across the company stay focused on delivering a great experience.

3+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS company

Strong technical oriented - a must.

Proven track record of taking features from ideation to launch

B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar - preferred

Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision making

Customer-facing experience, including presenting to senior stakeholders

Professional level English - you will be presenting to large native English audiences at least once a quarter.

Experience working with data or analytics products - preferred.

Experience defining and launching AI-driven features- preferred.

Proven ability to manage a complete product life-cycle, from conception to release to enable. We are looking for someone who is proficient with product execution and delivery.
