Product Manager

WALLETTO is a fast-growing electronic money institution based in Vilnius. We’re powering modern payment solutions across Europe — helping businesses send, receive, and move money securely and efficiently.

As a trusted partner of Visa and Mastercard, we provide payment accounts (SEPA, SWIFT, A2A), card acquiring (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and co-brand card issuing programs. We’re building the next generation of payments — and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.

You will lead product implementations, enhancements, and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role requires close collaboration with IT teams, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive product growth and operational efficiency.

As part of a dedicated team, you will focus on innovation, performance improvement, and timely execution of payments product and reporting initiatives.

  Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of payment and reporting product development projects from concept to launch

  Coordinate and manage projects with internal teams, developers, processors, and external partners

  Identify and research opportunities in payments and reporting through market and competitive analysis

  Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure on-time delivery

  Facilitate communication across partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

  Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity

  Maintain clear and comprehensive project plans and documentation
  

• Proven experience managing product development projects in fintech or payments (payments experience is a plus)

• Strong skills in market research and competitive analysis

• Excellent communication and a results-driven mindset

• Product-oriented with a practical, solution-focused approach

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (especially Excel)

• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends

• Advanced English proficiency (Russian is a plus)

• A proactive drive to identify and pursue new product opportunities
