☎️ Consistent follow-up and call cadence execution
- Qualified booking volume
- Show rate
- Sales conversion from personally generated opportunities
- Outbound activity and productivity
- Pipeline and CRM management
- Compliance and overall quality of opportunities generated
- Has 2-3+ years of sales experience.
- Has outbound SDR, appointment setting, or high-volume phone sales experience.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
- Is resilient and doesn't take rejection personally.
- Is highly coachable and welcomes feedback.
- Loves competing against goals, scoreboards, and KPIs.
