Assistant Manager - $52,000 per year

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing carwash team. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the manager in achieving business goals.

Responsibilities:

-Preventative Maintenance
-Processing cars
-Keeping the place clean and well kept
-Co-managing of day-to-day store operations
-Recommend hiring candidates

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
