Dispatcher - Roll Off

• →Dispatch and coordinate daily work for roll-off truck drivers.
• →Schedule container deliveries, pickups, exchanges, and removals.
• →Monitor driver progress and adjust schedules throughout the day to maximize efficiency.
• →Serve as the primary communication link between drivers, customers, and operations.
• →Assist drivers with service-related questions before work is completed.
• → Resolve service issues including missed pickups, container placement concerns, and customer inquiries.
• →Utilize dispatch and routing software to manage workflow and productivity.
• →Support customer retention and identify opportunities for additional services.
• →Other duties as assigned

• Dispatch experience in trucking, transportation, logistics, construction, waste hauling, roll-off operations, or fleet management preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple drivers and changing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using dispatch systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Experience working in a high-volume operational environment.
• Must be detailed oriented and well organized.  
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• 2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
