Part Time Laborer

$21.50 per hour

Sunday and Wednesday off
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 8:30am to 12:30pm

• →Checking trucks in and out of the transfer station and directing traffic at site as necessary.
• →Manual labor including paper picking, keeping landfill clean and presentable.
• →Perform yard work including cutting weeds.
• →Install temporary wind fences as required.
• →Perform general office maintenance and repairs including painting and janitorial work.
• →Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• →Promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
• →Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine safe and environmentally sound solutions to service issues.

• One year of stable employment history in a similar environment.
• Ability to work schedule in all weather conditions
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
