Staff Accountant B

• →Associate’s degree in business, accounting, or finance, or minimum 1-year related experience. 
• →Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and accounting software packages 
• →Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Familiar with Sage and Kronos a plus.
• →Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• →Detail-oriented with proven analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Work is performed primarily in an office environment with light physical demands and normal exposure to everyday risks and discomforts requiring common safety precautions. The position involves prolonged periods of sitting, as well as occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Employees must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (such as files, binders, or office supplies) as part of regular job duties. The role also requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Periodic travel may be required to financial institutions, as well as visits to retail locations. These visits typically do not increase the physical demands of the position but may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and associated environmental factors. Employees are expected to exercise appropriate safety precautions in all settings.
