Recruitment Marketing Strategist

• Foster a culture of learning by sharing knowledge and coaching others on recruitment marketing best practices.

• Ability to interpret campaign, source, and candidate funnel data and translate insights into clear recommendations and measurable improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, or a related marketing role required.
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing campaigns across digital, social, paid media, career site, event, and candidate engagement channels.
• Strong working knowledge of recruitment marketing platforms, applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, analytics platforms, SEO/SEM, and programmatic advertising preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring in retail, hospitality, convenience, field operations, or a similar distributed workforce environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Operations, Marketing, Public Relations, and senior leadership teams to drive alignment and business results.
