→Monitor and review the progress of employees through feedback meetings and discussions with supervisors and, based on these meetings, identify employee training and development needs within the production department
→Help line leaders and supervisors solve specific training problems; either in a one-on-one basis or in groups
→Partner with HR Coordinator or Recruiter to schedule job preview for hourly applicants; explain all facets of position for the applicants to ensure they understand the physical requirements, environment, etc. during the job preview process
→Instruct employees about exercise activities designed to improve strength, endurance, and the hardening process within the first three days of employment
→Promote employee recognition throughout the production department
→Perform additional duties as assigned

Ability to communicate and comprehend English; ability to communicate in two or more languages preferred
Ability to engage employees and communicate job tasks in a comprehensive manner
Basic computer and math skills
