Drive execution of workforce strategies that support scaling, restructuring, and transformation initiatives. Lead the design and implementation of organizational structures that enhance agility, performance, and capability. Influence senior leadership on talent development, succession planning, and long-term leadership pipeline strategies. Act as a key advisor and coach to senior leaders to elevate leadership effectiveness and strengthen company culture. Provide strategic oversight on complex people-related risks, employee relations, and cultural change initiatives. Leverage data and analytics to anticipate workforce trends and proactively address talent challenges. Represent HR in cross-functional forums, driving enterprise planning and alignment across business functions. Lead HR work streams in integrations, or business restructuring to ensure business continuity and employee engagement. Champion initiatives supporting diversity, well-being, inclusion, and high performance. Oversee regional talent acquisition strategies across multiple markets and teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus). 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic business partnering at senior executive levels (Media or agencies industry experience is preferred). Proven track record of advising and influencing C-suite leaders and driving enterprise HR initiatives. Deep expertise in organization design, transformation, change management, and enterprise talent strategy. Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to link people's strategies to business results. Experience operating in complex, matrix, and transformation-intensive environments. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Global HR exposure and experience managing diverse, multicultural teams. Strong facilitation and coaching capabilities with senior leadership. Data-driven approach to workforce planning, decision-making, and risk management. Demonstrated success leading through ambiguity and driving large-scale change. Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
