Requirements
~1 min read- PhD in Biology or a closely related field from a top-tier university
- Undergraduate degree completed in the U.S., UK, Canada, or Europe (preferred)
- 2+ years of academic (research, publications, teaching) or professional experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in English
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Evaluate Biology-related outputs produced by AI systems for accuracy, quality, and scientific relevance
- → Design challenging Biology problems to stress-test AI reasoning and analytical capabilities
- → Support data generation and evaluation processes to improve next-generation large language models
- Start Date: August (applications reviewed on a rolling basis)
- Duration: 1–2 months
- Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (with potential extension up to 40 hours/week)
- Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous with flexible working hours
What We Offer
~1 min read✓Competitive hourly rate: $65–85 USD/hr
✓Performance-based weekly bonus incentives: $20–100/hr in addition to base pay
✓Independent contractor position
