Requirements

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, PLM implementation, or digital transformation consulting.
Practical knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and enterprise PLM environments.
Experience managing client engagements, cross-functional teams, or technology transformation programs.
Understanding of engineering workflows, product data structures, BOMs, and engineering change processes.
Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical requirements, and project outcomes.
Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Understand client challenges related to engineering processes, product data, manufacturing operations, and digital transformation.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and executive presentations.
Manage client expectations, communicate progress, and proactively address risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Leverage knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to support client transformation initiatives.
Drive discussions around engineering product lifecycle management, product data management, and engineering process optimisation.
Support the implementation and enhancement of PLM solutions aligned with client requirements.
Guide initiatives involving Bill of Materials (BOM) management, Engineering Change Management (ECM), and product configuration processes.
Identify opportunities to improve engineering collaboration, data consistency, traceability, and operational efficiency.

Oversee consulting-led engagements, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of agreed outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and client stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Track project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure solutions meet client expectations, quality standards, and business objectives.
Drive issue resolution, change management, and continuous improvement throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Support digital engineering transformation initiatives across manufacturing and engineering environments.
Evaluate opportunities to leverage industrial AI, automation, and emerging manufacturing technologies.
Translate business challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps and solution recommendations.
Identify opportunities to streamline product development, engineering data management, and change-control processes.
Stay informed about developments in PLM platforms, digital manufacturing, and industrial technology.

Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to address complex client challenges.
Develop presentations, recommendations, and engagement updates for technical and business stakeholders.
Connect technology capabilities with measurable business value and operational improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop practical, scalable, and client-focused solutions.
