→ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
→ 2–7 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit roles
→ Strong understanding of month-end and year-end close processes
→ Hands-on experience with journal entries, accruals, and financial adjustments
→ Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial statements
→ Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
→ Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or data analytics in finance is highly desirable
→ Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
