- Design high-quality editorial, marketing and web-based assets using established brand guidelines, templates and component systems.
- Translate complex technical and product information into clear visual hierarchies, diagrams, charts and supporting graphics.
- Apply strong UX and web design principles across responsive digital layouts.
- Work fluently in Figma, including shared libraries, components, auto layout, variables and approved plugins.
- Adapt existing design systems thoughtfully while maintaining brand consistency across deliverables.
- Partner with the Design Director, technical writers, motion designers and producers to bring briefs to life.
- Interpret briefs and feedback independently, identifying gaps and asking focused questions when clarification is required.
- Prepare organized, production-ready files that can be easily understood and continued by distributed teams.
- Support clear, documented handoffs when work continues across regions or shifts.
- Conduct thorough self-QA for content accuracy, alignment, spacing, typography, responsiveness, accessibility, specifications and version control.
- Incorporate feedback quickly while preserving the integrity of the design system and approved direction.
- Use approved AI and creative technology tools to support exploration, efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain discretion when working with confidential and highly sensitive information.
- 5+ years of experience in digital, visual, web or product design within an agency, technology company or in-house creative organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience working with shared libraries, design systems and workflow-enhancing plugins.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive web design and accessibility.
- Demonstrated ability to organize complex information through thoughtful hierarchy, layout and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating charts, diagrams, infographics and other visual representations of technical information.
- Exceptional command of typography, composition, color, spacing and image selection.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to self-QA.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage rapid turnarounds and maintain quality when priorities shift.
- Experience collaborating across regions, time zones and shift-based teams.
- Ability to work an assigned nontraditional shift and participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English is required, as all briefs, feedback and creative deliverables will be in English.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative/video production is mandatory.
- Candidates must mention the AI tools they have worked with when sharing their profiles.
- Portfolios should highlight AI-led/AI-assisted work separately
This is a hybrid, shift-based role supporting a global production model. Working hours will vary by assigned shift and may include early mornings, evenings, overnight coverage or other nontraditional schedules. Participation in a planned weekend and holiday rotation will also be required. Schedules will be established in advance, with some flexibility needed around urgent priorities and cross-regional handoffs.
