Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications and software solutions.
- →Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex engineering problems efficiently.
- →Design and implement distributed systems and scalable architectures using sound system design principles.
- →Work with Apache Kafka to build reliable, event-driven applications and manage real-time data streaming and asynchronous communication.
- →Develop efficient, reusable, and maintainable code while following software engineering best practices.
- →Participate in architectural discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews to ensure high-quality engineering standards.
- →Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement effective solutions.
- →Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- →Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and optimal performance across production environments.
- →Mentor junior engineers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Strong expertise in Apache Kafka, including event-driven architecture, messaging systems, and distributed data processing.
- Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), with the ability to solve complex computational problems.
- Strong knowledge of System Design, including high-level and low-level design, scalability, fault tolerance, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing and developing large-scale, high-availability software applications.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Java programming and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience developing backend applications using Java Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed application development.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, database technologies, caching mechanisms, and application integration.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, concurrency, multithreading, and cloud-based application development.
