✅ Strong and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai till Mira Road or Bhayander
✅ Good communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Real Estate experience is mandatory

Responsibilities

→Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market.
→Should have worked on lunxury projects above 3crores +
→Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs.
→Must have an active CP network in SoBo / Western Mumbai up to Mira Road, Bhayander.
→Identify and onboard new Channel Partners.
→Generate business through the CP network.
→Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures.
→Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.
