  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, program governance, and customer experience.
  • Ensure effective transition from implementation through go-live and post-deployment support.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 12โ€“15 years of overall professional experience, including at least 8 years in technical program or project management.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise software or complex cross-functional technology programs.
  • Strong track record managing multiple concurrent customer-facing delivery engagements through successful completion.
  • Experience operating across both customer-facing and internal programs, beyond delivery execution alone.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, software deployment lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and release management.
  • Working knowledge of servers, integrations, environments, authentication, security hardening, go-lives, and version migrations.
  • Strong escalation-management skills with the ability to remain composed and credible under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong data-driven approach with the ability to create clear, insight-led program updates.
  • Hands-on familiarity with program and collaboration tools such as Atlassian, Miro, and Microsoft tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with financial-services clients would be an advantage.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
