We are seeking an experienced Technology Principal, Medical & Operations to lead technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across medical and operational functions. This role is responsible for aligning technology capabilities with business objectives, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, and IT Strategy expertise with an understanding of enterprise operations. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define technology roadmaps, and implement solutions that improve processes, data visibility, collaboration, and overall operational performance.

• →Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with medical and operational business objectives.
• →Define and maintain technology roadmaps supporting digital transformation and long-term growth.
• →Evaluate existing applications, infrastructure, workflows, and technology capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
• →Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on process automation, operational efficiency, and improved user experiences.
• →Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and introduce scalable technology solutions.
• →Partner with medical and operations leadership to understand business challenges and translate them into technology requirements.
• →Drive integration of business applications, platforms, data systems, and operational tools.
• →Evaluate technology solutions and recommend platforms, architectures, and implementation approaches.
• →Establish IT strategies that improve reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• →Lead cross-functional technology projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
• →Develop business cases and technology investment recommendations based on business value and expected outcomes.
• →Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational workflows.
• →Support data-driven decision-making through improved reporting, analytics, and system integration.
• →Establish technology governance, standards, and best practices across relevant functions.
• →Monitor technology performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• →Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders.
• →Track project progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and expected business outcomes.
• →Communicate technology strategies, priorities, and transformation progress to senior leadership.

• 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, and IT Strategy.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, system integration, automation, data platforms, and technology architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology transformation initiatives.
• Ability to assess complex technology environments and identify practical modernization opportunities.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, technology risk, security, and operational best practices.
• Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and commercially minded approach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize competing requirements, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
