The Fulfillment Clerk Level I is responsible for performing essential distribution center tasks related to order processing, inventory management, quality control, and shipping documentation. This position ensures accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

Required:

→High school diploma or equivalent.
→Ability to read and follow written instructions, pick lists, and packing slips.
→Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
→Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification.
→Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
→Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Preferred:

→Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
→Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
→Experience with shipping systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight platforms).

Physical Requirements:

→Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
→Frequent lifting, pulling, and pushing of boxes and products up to 50 lbs.
→Repetitive use of hands and arms for picking, packing, and labeling tasks.
→Ability to work in a distribution center environment with varying temperatures.
