Appliance Repair Technician - Temporary (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Weinstein Properties is looking for a experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our maintenance team at 3Sixty Flats, a Class A luxury apartment community in Grand Prairie, TX!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and repairing residential appliances but would prefer to work at one apartment community rather than traveling between multiple service locations.

We are offering a temporary position with both full-time and part-time scheduling options. The assignment is expected to last 60 days or less, with the possibility of an extension depending on the property's needs.

If you're an experienced appliance repair professional looking for a flexible, short-term opportunity with a great team, we'd love to hear from you!

• Reliable transportation to and from the property

• Ability to safely lift and move equipment and materials weighing 75 lbs

• Ability to climb stairs, bend, kneel, and perform physical maintenance work

• Comfortable using mobile devices or electronic work order systems

• Background check required

At Weinstein Properties, we own and manage our apartment communities and take pride in maintaining the quality of our properties and providing excellent service to our residents. This is an opportunity to put your appliance repair skills to work in a professional, team-oriented environment at one established apartment community.

Whether you're an experienced appliance repair technician looking for a short-term opportunity, additional work, or a position that doesn't require traveling to multiple service locations, we'd love to connect!
