End User Services Support

Must-haves:
⦿ Strong hands-on experience in desktop and hardware support within a Windows 10/11 environment
⦿ Proficiency with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
⦿ Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems
⦿ Customer-service mindset with the ability to work effectively across a large campus environment

Nice-to-haves:
⦿ IT certifications preferred over formal degrees (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
⦿ Familiarity with scripting using DOS/command-line tools
⦿ Experience supporting Dell hardware and printer installations
⦿ Previous exposure to manufacturing or fast-paced technical environments
